Parcel Length Limit for Ninja Van
Can't accept 120cm.
Today I tried to key in a product for Shopee but received an error. I only had Ninja Van selected as logistics provider and it gave me an overlength status. The product I entered was 120cm in length.
When I entered 100cm it accepts the product for shipping but definitely it wouldn't work as the actuall product still exceeded their capacity. Then I enabled J&T for shipping and it works.
