It's unfortunate that we had to go through another lockdown. Thankfully, jogging are allowed this time around.
It's actually a special privilege because that's the only way you can go out maskless and get your fill of unfiltered fresh air. You can feel 'normal' a bit and took of the edge from the chronic stress of this lockdown.
Even a 10-15 minutes stroll will do wonders.
And of course, don't forget to stop and smell the flowers.
