Inspired by Chef David Chang's post on Instagram
- 400g potato (cheap ones will do)
- half brick butter
- 100ml fresh milk
- Peel and wash the potato. Cut into cubes.
- Steam the potato in a microwave steamer container for 8 minutes at 800W.
- Dump the potato into a big bowl. Don't add the leftover steaming water.
- Add butter, start mashing.
- Add milk, mash some more.
- Season to taste.
